Manistee County Main Library has received a number of requests to restart our in-person book clubs for adults. The public has spoken and we’re listening!
If you like reading stories about the past, present and future world we live in, you might enjoy our Dewey Club for Nonfiction Readers. We will be holding two discussions this month, so pick the time/day that works best for your schedule.
In January, we will be discussing “World of Wonders: In Praise of Fireflies, Whale Sharks and Other Astonishments” by Aimee Nezhukamatathil
This debut work of non-fiction by poet Aimee Nezukumatathil was named a best book of 2020 by NPR, New York Public Library and Buzzfeed.
