● Borrowers must have had a MCL Library card for at least 30 (thirty) days prior to checking out a hotspot.
● Borrowers must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old, and have a valid library card in good standing. They must present a valid picture ID at checkout.
● Borrowers must read, understand, and sign the Hotspot Lending Agreement in the presence of a library staff member each time a Hotspot is checked out.
● There is a 7 (seven) day checkout period for Hotspots. They can be renewed 1 (one) time if no one is on hold for it. After being checked in, they must be available to others for 7 (seven) business days (not counting Sunday) before being checked out again. This policy includes all members of the same household.
● Other borrowing guidelines may apply and will be reviewed at time of check out.
