Mindfulness Workshop for Adults – May 16, 2:00 PM
This is the perfect program for you if you’ve been feeling stressed and/or you want to get the most out of your day and start living in a more positive way.
This mindfulness workshop will be a series where we will explore different aspects of mindfulness and how you can integrate it into your daily life.
This month we will be learning mindfulness basics, basic breathing techniques, and body scan meditation.
This is an adult program. Registration Required.
Please bring your own yoga mat or comfortable pillow to sit on if you prefer. Chairs will also be provided.
