This is the perfect program for you if you’ve been feeling stressed and/or you want to get the most out of your day and start living in a more positive way.
This mindfulness workshop will be a series where we will explore different aspects of mindfulness and how you can integrate it into your daily life.
This month we will be practicing mindful eating, as well as guided visualization for relaxation and stress reduction.
This is an adult program. Please bring your own yoga mat or comfortable pillow to sit on if you prefer. Chairs will also be provided.
