Sign up to join in on some exploratory science sessions with Manistee Conservation District, ideal for ages 6 and up:
In Plankton & Invasive Species, we’ll collect lake water samples with Kathryn Borowicz from the Manistee Conservation District, and investigate under microscope what we find.
We’ll then discuss the effects of invasive species, how they make it into our lakes and rivers and play a fun game to tie the lesson together.
All summer reading program registration goes live on May 30 at 9 a.m.
